In order to finalize your wedding date and officially book Katie Hauburger, 25% of your chosen wedding experience investment is due upon booking, along with a signed agreement. All payments and paperwork can be done online for your convenience! The remaining 75% of your wedding experience is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Absolutely! If you choose to add additional hours of coverage or albums to your package after booking, the totals will be added to your second invoice due thirty days before your wedding date. 

CAN I CHOOSE TO ADD THINGS TO MY WEDDING PACKAGE AFTER I BOOK?

Even if you have already had engagement photos taken, an engagement session with your wedding photographer is a vital part of the process. It allows you to get to know one another, get comfortable working together and prepare for the wedding day. Additionally, the engagement session is complimentary within the wedding photography package and does not affect the price of your package.

WHAT IF WE DON’T NEED AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION OR ALREADY HAD OUR PHOTOS DONE?

If your wedding is outside of 60 miles of the Tampa, FL area, a mileage cost may be needed and will be added to your package price. If your wedding is more than 2.5 hours outside of Tampa, FL, Katie Hauburger requires a hotel room for the night of the wedding. If your wedding is a destination wedding that requires a flight or other travel accommodations, it will be priced on an individual basis.
